The Hutch Project at Work

• Through the Hutchinson Cup Regatta, The Hutch
Project has raised over $120,000 since 2004.

• In March 2006, The Hutch Project sponsored the
first “Future of Hospice and Palliative Care Conference” at Pennsylvania University for both health care professionals and the general public.

• Substantial contributions were made to Wissahickon Hospice, Philadelphia, PA, for its greatly needed in-patient home. The new in patient home is currently underway and scheduled to open in the Fall of 2008.

• Contributions have also been made to one of Partnering for Children’s projects to help local hospice and palliative organizations start and sustain Pediatric Programs. Partnering for Children is a national awareness campaign focused on family centered healthcare for children with life threatening conditions.
